Overall a good experience with AZ Foundation Solutions folks.  Brian Patrick is a nice guy to work with.  Dave and crew (to install piers) were honest, friendly, and respectable folks.  We need more folks like them working in the service industry.  I recommend this company to anyone with foundation issues.

The only thing I would criticize would be the communication from the office staff about what time they would come out for the repairs. My sales consultant Brian, on the other hand, was excellent. He followed up on any questions I had and was quick to call when he needed to reschedule. They did a great job on the repairs and so far I have no complaints about the work. 

After a delay of a week due to an unforeseen work-related injury on a previously scheduled crew, the new crew foreman, Joey, was a most affable man who was very enthusiastic about performing the work. What a gem of a guy! The project took longer than expected because of a most uncommon rain storm in the Valley that lasted an entire day. Joey and his crew were back at the task early the next day. We can't thank Arizona Foundation Solutions enough for the wonderful work they did to stabilize our home's foundation. Joey and his team were simply outstanding!

I have had nothing but great experiences with AFS.  From the first phone call inquiring about a consultation to executing a repair plan everyone has been knowledgeable and so very helpful!!  AFS employees are highly skilled and beyond professional.  Ryan Tracey is a true representation of that fact.  He was fully prepared to answer all our questions.  Ryan was even equipped with Power Points to demonstrate how the process unfolds, that is a tool I greatly appreciate as it provided a deeper understanding of what to expect.   Another way AFS is far above those similar in their field is when I scheduled a service I received a confirmation email along with a picture of the technician who would be performing the work.  WOW, what a pleasant surprise.  More companies should follow that lead as you never know, sadly, who may show up at your door. Long review, but trust me, AFS is the company you want for your foundation repair needs!!!

Dealing with foundation issues is terrifying for any home owner. Chris Ortiz is professional, courteous, punctual, and kind. He was able to explain our repair plan in a way that was easy to understand and did not stress me out - which is easy to do. He did not pressure us into making a decision in front of him, but rather is giving us the time to think about our options and get back to him in a reasonable amount of time. We inherited a house on a hill that had very major movement of the garage floor and walls due to the poor preparation of the initial preparation of the foundation underneath. We chose Arizona Foundation Solutions as they would be able to diagnose the problem, produce an engineers report and then have the repairs done. They offer a guarantee on the work and the guarantee is transferable to a new owner for a small fee. It did take quite awhile to get it all done, but when problems did arise Ryan, Edgar, Derrick and Matt were there to present solutions and get overcome the challenges. All very appreciated. Now we feel totally confident that the garage is safe- so important! Though it did take awhile to complete from beginning to end. Thank you guys as Arizona Foundation Solutions.
