Barry Anderson from Arizona Foundation Solutions came out to enhance the operation of our moisture control system that was installed two years ago. This turned out to be a big job . Basically undoing what had previously been done and starting over(new 7x3 ft.trench, new 17 ft. mole hole out to living room, creation of proper suction pit under slab in living room, installation of 4 intakes, and relocating the suction equipment). Except for the trench, Barry did all the rest himself. He was very thorough and efficient doing this install, being careful of our property has he worked. He showed me all that he was doing and explained how the system works. Cleanup was excellent and could hardly tell he`d been here. Barry is a pleasant young man who appears to be passionate and knowledgeable about his work. A great asset to Arizona Foundation Solutions and represents the company well.

Our foundation and moisture problems were diagnosed and properly fixed. We especially appreciated the side repair job when an issue arose when Barry was on the job site. Barry is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus, I'd hire him just to play with the dogs! These guys are great to work with. Brian woolridge was a lot of fun. Also a huge help in what was going on what I needed to do. The 2 teams that came out were great 👍. A great and fun company. Everything was done in a very timely manner. They cleaned up everything. Didn't even notice they had been here.

This company is a standout - they return phone calls, they are responsive, they show up on time, give honest quotes and they do great work. We had severe issues with heaving and subsidence and their topological mapping system helped us see the issues vividly and allowed them to build a detailed remediation plan that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the forthright cost explanation as well, there was no attempt to sugar coat the facts, they told me what I needed and how much it would cost - simple. Also every associate I interacted with from sales to on-site crew to phone advocates were courteous, relaxed and friendly.

This could not be further from the truth with Arizona Foundation Solutions. From start to finish the employees were courteous, professional, and ethical. Freddy Flores thoroughly inspected our foundation and offered several helpful tips to prevent damage. I would recommend this company to any homeowner, and will absolutely turn to them for any repairs that we might need down the line.

Brian Guthrie came to our house on time to check the cracks in our foundation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave Very though inspection of both the inside and outside of our home. Because of Brian we cancelled one other inspection with another company.

We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

Victor Mendoza and his partner Alex did a great job. They were very polite and listened to what my concerns were. Once in a while I would come out and talk to them to see how well the job was coming along. I have nothing but the greatest admiration for the great work and customer communication skills.I spoke with Alexis in the office and she was the greatest during our discussions.
