He contacted us to get his foundation issues fixed. Our team of professionals did an outstanding job, you can’t even tell work even done! The cracks were filled with a two-part poly.
Horizontal cracks in a stem wall are never a good sign. When the rebar inside the concrete gets wet it oxidizes and weakens the stem wall. Luckily, we have the solution, our patented non-ferrous composite.
The Homeowner of this Phoenix home was concerned about their cracking stem wall. Most stem walls fail because the rebar inside oxidizes. This oxidization causes expansion and cracks which gradually grows and worsens over time. Our crew replaced the rebar with our non-ferrous composite.
The stem wall of the Phoenix home began showing serious warning signs of failure. This was due to the oxidation of the rebar inside the concrete. Our expert stem excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed the existing rebar and replaced it with a non-ferrous composite. To finish, we coated and patched the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home!
