This beautiful 1990's home had a stem wall that was cracking, flaking, and spalling. Our expert crew came out and replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite.
Arizona Foundation Solutions excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed the existing rebar and replaced it with our non-ferrous composite. To finish, we coated and patched the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home!
