I contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions for a consultation on addressing issues with the stem wall on my house. Areas were chipping and flaking away and I was not sure if it was problematic or a cosmetic issue. ***** Wooly ********** came to my home and completed his inspection. First, let me state, Wooly is amazing! He was in contact prior to his arrival, was on time, and did not rush through any of the conversation. He addressed all of my questions as if they were "good" questions and took additional time to educate me and ensure I was comfortable with the information he was sharing. While I ultimately did not go with Arizona Foundations to complete the patch work, I would not hesitate to recommend Wooly and his Company to my friends and family.

I had appointment with Melissa Montano very professional. Explained the work that needed to be done explicitly and chrystal clear signs I needed to look for in the future to protect our home. I would recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to anyone with a foundation issue!! Aleays answers phone paperwork in timely manner exceptional!!!

So far, Andrew came out and looked around our house and did some measurements. He was knowledgeable and good communicator. I am happy so far with his opinion of our house. We have scheduled another appointment for later for the men to come out with detailed equipment. He also gave us excellent pointers to look for. I am giving him 4 stars BUT we don't know what the rest of the process will entail or if the company will follow through on the rest of this process.

I have recently been dealing with Chris Ortiz concerning repair of our house foundation. He has been very helpful with his knowledge and expertise about our particular issues. Chris has been punctual, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The analysis technician, Joelin Vistante, was equally friendly, professional and efficient in collecting data for the Forensic Engineering Report. I am very impressed with the amount of information and the use of technology. I am looking forward to seeing the plan in action.

Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. Thomas is the kind of person that you can trust to give you a true evaluation of any foundation problem you might have, including assuring you that you have no problem at all if that is the case! We have worked with several other foundation companies in the past, but we highly recommend Thomas from Arizona Foundation Solutions. I am in the process of selling my home in N. Scottsdale. During the buyer's inspection, it was determined that there were some cracks in my Stem Wall. I called Arizona Foundation Solution and spoke with a very nice lady. I think her name was Nancy. I told her what I needed and she was able to get Bryan "Wooly" out to see my house the next day. Bryan was very good at communicating with me and in fact, he called prior to our appt and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come over earlier. I mentioned I was in a meeting but could be available at 11:15am. He showed up right at 11:15am. He walked around the foundation and pointed out where the water was getting to the concrete and rusting the rebar. He then explained how they would chip out the cracks and repair the area with with a new type of rebar that doesn't rust. I was very pleased with Bryan professionalism and he made sure all my questions were answered. He also provide me with a fair quote the same day.

I was very pleased by the foundation repair accomplished by AZ Foundation a few days ago. Bryan "Wooly" explained the scope of the project and Michael did great work!

I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to fix your foundation problems. Brian Patrick was very easy to work with and immediately knew what was wrong with my foundation. Their engineers came out, conducted extensive tests and came up with a plan to solve my problem. Brain came back out and explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. Jacob Davis came out and installed the pumps, explained how they worked and answered all my questions. They cleaned up as they went along and left my property as clean as when they arrived. I also had gutters installed and they look great. I am very pleased with the work done by this company and give them 5 stars.Debbie

Bryan "Wooly" came out to look at my project (cracking and peeling on a sport court) and did a very detailed review. He provided several options and followed that up with a quote the following day. I would certainly do business with Bryan and AZFS in the future (hopefully not needing it however).

Outstanding!....Could not have asked for a better crew to do the work. Victor Mendoza, Jesse, and Alex were top notch. Been in Scottsdale for 22 yrs now, and I've dealt with many a contractor for various projects/repairs, and this crew is, by far, the most informative, courteous, and professional of them all. Their care and attention to detail is second to none.They treated my home as if it was their own.....When they left you wouldn't even know they were there.
