Whew! We really didn't need any work on our foundation. Call me a worry-wort. I called this company to come look at some cracks in our foundation and tile lifting a hair on our floor... looked like trouble to me. Marcel drove 3 hours from Phoenix to look it over and determined that while we might want to have a tile floor specialist come and re-grout the tile, he didn't see any issues with the foundation that needed repair. We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.

Chris Ortiz, Residential Consultant of Arizona Foundation Solutions, met with us on 04/21/2021 to go over the Engineer's Report of solutions to repair our home's foundation which has settled. I wanted to have an engineering analysis performed prior to construction plans being made. Other companies I contacted weren't very clear about how their process worked and how they made their repair plans. AZ Foundation Solutions provided clear engineering analyses along with the repair plan.
