Chris Ortiz is an excellent representative of your company - he is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the foundations in our area, and our issues in particular.. The analysis technician Joelin Vistante was also most efficient in gathering the data for the engineering report.

Arizona Foundation Solutions quickly responded to our concerns about our home's 35+ year old foundation. Bryan "Wooly" Wooldridge thoroughly inspected the home's interior and exterior foundation. He gave us practical advice about foundation repairs and preventing future damage. Bryan was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Brian Patrick and the engineering crew were awesome: showed up on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and professional. Updated me on every step of their work--the communication was great. Provided a complete inspection report of my foundation with registered engineer stamp. The computer analysis report indicated that my house needs no repairs at this point--just a slight (less than 1 inch) movement, but no damage. So, my only expenses were the cost of the inspection. They only recommended that I install gutters to guide the rainwater away from the house (though the rains are rare, they still do damage) and recommended a great contractor. To me this says that these guys are really honest. Will only use them for any of my foundation needs if they ever come up. Thanks guys!

Great experience, from the consulting to inspection to job well done.  They gave us detailed info, options, and got the job done faster than even planned.  Pls be patient with scheduling, like many companies, they are scheduling out far.  But they do stay in touch about any changes.  Left my place clean and were very polite.  Also wore masks and kept safe practices.

Communication was very good. Everything was explained in detail. Chris Ortiz clearly explained the process when he came out to do the estimate. Crystal in the office assisted with scheduling and worked around my difficult schedule and a time crunch. Sarah came out to do the work with her assistant. Everything was explained. Cracked concrete was stitched and the patio raised a bit. I was a bit disappointed one area could not be raised higher but understood the reason. Sarah was careful to avoid stressing connecting structures. Time will tell if the process will hold up as much as I hope. This particular process made the most sense. I will be having another company do the resurfacing of the patio.

I had had another stem wall repair concerned to come out the day prior and gave me an $1800 quote. You are technician looked at the problem and told me that this was minor work that could be done by any homeowner and I did not need to spend as much money. I feel that this was a more honest answer regarding our stem wall problem as I’m sure the technician would want your cut, need to make money. I thought the technician was extremely honest and fair. Should I have a need for stem wall repair or any problems that require a professional, there will be no doubt in my mind who I will be calling. I do appreciate the excellent prompt service and the booklet that I received in the mail!

I give Az foundation solutions 5 stars. Ryan the sales rep. Walked me through the entire procedure. Victor Mendoza and his crew were professional polite and thorough from start to finish. Victor not only introduced me to his crew members ,but he to walked me through what was going to take place and answered all my questions. And when we discover a problem ,They came up with a solution and still finished the job in a timely manner. When his crew was done with the final clean up ,you would not have known what took place there that day. I would HIGHLY Recommend ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS!

Excellent work. All clean afterwards. Very professional. They pull a permit if needed with the city. All on the up and up. Best is they use fiberglass rebar which will never rust. Definitely recommend for stemwall repair.
