[Redacted] did an amazing job on the home I am renting. All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative.  He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends... even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check (scope) the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, [redacted] and [redacted] were great as well. [redacted] and [redacted]  were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me, my schedule, and the unforeseen plumbers schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. Bryan was AMAZING! So professional, so friendly and really explained the situation at the house well and left us feeling great! I’ll for sure use him every time!!

Our interactions with the AZFS were positive from the onset. Our solutions consult Ryan O. listened our concerns, answered our questions in as much detail as we wanted and was very patient (we asked a lot of questions). He consistently addressed our concerns in a timely fashion through the process and was excellent at customer engagement. The team that came out to do the MoistureLevel install was punctual, professional, courteous, respectful of my family, my property and had that personal touch. Barry A. Was the foreman and he was assisted by Marcus. They cleaned up and left the place neat and even brought our garbage bin off the street. Keep choosing employees like those mentioned and your business will continue to expand. Everyone we interacted with from AZFS was excellent.

I was helped by Bryan "Wooly"  in February 2021. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to offer different solutions/ideas for my specific foundation needs.

It was such a pleasure to do business with a professional Company. From my initial call to the price quote scheduling and finally the repair needed on our foundation. I'm sure you all are all tired of the excuse of well it's COVID that caused the poor service.  This Company did their job and well without one mention of COVID.  YEAH.  KUDOS TO BEING THE BEST.  I had other quotes and I'm very happy I chose ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS.

We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

Victor Mendoza and his partner Alex did a great job. They were very polite and listened to what my concerns were. Once in a while I would come out and talk to them to see how well the job was coming along. I have nothing but the greatest admiration for the great work and customer communication skills.I spoke with Alexis in the office and she was the greatest during our discussions. She answered all my questions.I would recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to any one that needs foundation work.

Every step of my experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was top notch. Ryan Overcash, Gregory Andrews and Jacob Westbrook were all very pleasant, professional and I felt that they took the extra time to explain all of the details. Foundation issues are no fun, but these guys made sure that I received the best care and experience.

Overall a good experience with AZ Foundation Solutions folks.  Brian Patrick is a nice guy to work with.  Dave and crew (to install piers) were honest, friendly, and respectable folks.  We need more folks like them working in the service industry.  I recommend this company to anyone with foundation issues.

The only thing I would criticize would be the communication from the office staff about what time they would come out for the repairs. My sales consultant Brian, on the other hand, was excellent. He followed up on any questions I had and was quick to call when he needed to reschedule. They did a great job on the repairs and so far I have no complaints about the work.
