I can't give this company a high enough review. I was worried about a couple of uneven spots on my flooring, so I called Foundation Solutions for a free consultation. Thomas Cochran came and inspected the inside/outside of my home. Thomas let me know that he didn't see any signs of a bad foundation and informed me of my options if I would like to continue investigating. It's such a relief to deal with an honest company who has their customers best interest in mind. Thomas was a real pleasure and seemed extremely knowledgeable with all things "foundation" related. I recommend this company to anyone who has a foundation issue. You can have the piece of mind that you're dealing with an honest and trustworthy company that does not pursue unneeded work.

I was skeptical calling to have my Foundation fixed. I had it fixed already, a year ago by a GC. Seems as though it got worse after they “fixed” my Foundation. I decided I had to so I called a few Foundation companies. AZFS responded quickly and sent out Chris. I was amazed as to how he was able to help me understand why the GC’s way of fixing it, actually caused it to get worse. He was very knowledgeable with his craft. Then Ricardo and his crew came out and I must say, I have never seen a crew work harder. He even fixed an area I had a question on. Let’s just say I will recommend AZFS to all and hopefully you get Chris and Ricardo and crew!

As a former home builder, I look for a company whose staff is professional and for work quality. Daniel, Alex, Omar, Kaleep and Freddie delivered! We had some major settling issues with our home. Arizona Foundation Solutions repaired the problems. They were very professional. Our crew, lead by Steven Rasmussen did a fantastic job. We had some tight spaces for them to maneuver their equipment around in, and they did a fantastic job. The tile shower in our master bathroom had sunk about a half an inch on the outside wall. When the crew lifted the wall up, they were able to realign the shower tiles. It was amazing.

The three people I dealt with the most were Brian Guthrie, Randall Wright, and Sarah Murillo. Brian was my rep and guided me through the process with thorough knowledge and great sensitivity. I received fast response whether texting, calling or email. Believe me, with that big a job and investment involved, I did all three. Randall and his associate were the ones to tear up the area around my home for the job, and boy did they ever. Yet they took the time to show me and explain what they were doing. When they were done and cleaned up the area it was like nothing had ever been disturbed at all! If I hadn't seen it myself I would have thought nothing had been done there. But believe me it sure was. Then came Sarah and her truck and drill and the huge hose of expanding concrete to finish the job. A one woman dynamo. I don't want to leave out the engineers and the folks who made sure it was safe for the guys to dig and the project planners; not to mention the folks who created the system in the first place. My home was not one of the lucky ones who could be returned to alignment without destroying the house itself. I give you much credit for knowing when to stop. I am very satisfied that my foundation is now stabilized and can't deteriorate further. That is more than enough for me. I am grateful you could prevent the destruction of my home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I had AZ Foundation Solutions install SmartPipe and drain, CleanSpace and Humidifier in my crawl space. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable of the product and did a thorough evaluation of the issues I was experiencing with the excess moisture in my crawl space. He provided great information on the different options to fix the immediate problem and long-term prevention of future damage. I appreciated Vic's experienced knowledge during the first days of work onsite. Vic told me about additional system benefits and made some design modifications given his experience. The installation team, Skyler and Felipe were excellent. Communication from both Chris and Skyler was the best I have ever experienced. They communicated every step of the process and provided information on the system in a way I could understand. The crew was very friendly, did excellent work and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. I was impressed Chris joined in the installation process throughout the week. My home is only 5 years old. I am thrilled with the system in knowing we could stop the current issues with excess water and ensure the system will prevent costly long-term damage. Even with the small space, the area looks great and much easier to access and move around in.

After doing a lot of research, I called Arizona Foundation Solutions to help me with my home.  They were all very considerate and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions.  They were also helpful and reassuring.  Such a wonderful staff and great crew.  I would hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends!

My chimney was separating from my house so I called them out to evaluate the situation and provide an estimate. The estimate was prompt and concise. The work was quickly scheduled and Victor and Jesse showed up in a timely manner, well prepared and they worked very hard to complete the job. They did a really good job and were completely happy to explain the whole process to me as they went along. Very interesting and I am very happy with the results and the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company with no reservations.

We had our front 18'x19' patio slab reinforced by Arizona Foundation Solutions using PolyLEVEL injected through the existing slab. Our Residential Consultant, Ryan Overcash, came to our home and assessed our project with input from AFS Engineers. Ryan was thorough in his assessment, recommendations and followed through on every aspect of the pre-job items as promised. He was cordial, professional and gave us competent answers to all our questions. He set aside any fears we had in moving forward. Sarah was the foreman who performed our work. AZ Foundation Solutions does great work! We met with Thomas to get an estimate on a home we were looking to buy!. We had light settlement that we wanted to lift. Thomas came out and gave us an estimate and was great to go over all the details of what they needed to do and gave some advice on what to do with other areas of the home. Edgar and his crew came out to do the job and it looks great! They were quick and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Permits were passed by the city and was all clear! The house is now leveled out and I'm really happy with the work done with great customer service which is hard to come by these days especially in home repairs! I will only use AZ Foundation Solutions in the future!

I hired the ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS company when cracks in the block walls of my house got larger. They did an engineering study to determine the location and extent of the foundation movement. A proposal was made including foundation lift and high pressure concrete injection slab lift. The work was scheduled and started on time and date. The work crew was led by VICTOR MENDOZA who was always willing to take the time to explain what was being done and the expected end results. The crew completed the work on the planed date, and left my home neat with little trace of their activities. Internal wall cracks have closed up along with gaps in the outside slump block. I would recommend ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS whenever wall or floor cracks need to be repaired.
