Repair 41 linear feet of concrete stem wall foundation on the home. We began by chipping out the existing failed concrete to fractured rock and 1" behind the existing rebar. We replaced the rebar, coated the rebar with Ion blocking epoxy, and patched the concrete. Understanding what is a stem wall is crucial as it forms a critical part of the foundation. The Installation Process

Surface Preparation - We used a specialized etching solution to prep the concrete, ensuring the sealer would adhere properly.

Power Washing - The entire area was thoroughly power-washed to remove any dirt, oil, or debris, and left to dry.

Application of Tinted Sealer - Multiple coats of the DecoShield sealer were applied, adding a uniform tint and protective layer to the concrete surfaces.

Final Sealing Coat - To finish, we applied a final sealing coat that enhances durability and provides UV stability.
