We will utilize NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant from Arizona Foundation Solutions, known for its long-lasting flexibility and resistance to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional sealants, NexusPro is UV-resistant and won't crack, bubble, or dry out, ensuring a durable repair solution.

 

Process:

 

Inspection: TJ will conduct an on-site evaluation to assess the extent of the damage on the front porch and determine the best repair approach.

Preparation: The crew, led by Eduardo, will drill and smooth the cracks, inserting a non-absorbent backer rod filler.

Application: NexusPro will be applied to seal the joints and cracks, providing a strong barrier against moisture and weather damage.

Finishing: A thin layer of native sand will be applied for a uniform and finished appearance.

Expected Outcomes:
