My experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was exceptional! I had great communication from the office staff when calling to schedule.
Bryan W. (our residential consultant) was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. He called me a couple days prior to our scheduled appointment to introduce himself, then to confirm our appointment, and finally to let me know when he was en route. He did a thorough job of inspecting a property we are considering purchasing and had a few concerns about. There were some cracks in several places in one of the bedrooms and he pointed out that these were likely not related to any foundation problem but poor construction to an addition/modification of the home. I reviewed previous listings on the MLS (I am a licensed real estate agent) and sure enough, the house had previously been a 3 bedroom and was now a 4 bedroom due to an enclosed open den that was just off the living room (where the majority of the issues were noticed)! He reviewed that and the other concerns I had in a thorough, easy to understand manner. Luckily, we got a clean bill of health for the foundation and his assessment gave us peace of mind. I have not previously worked with any foundation repair companies and this was a great first experience. I will be recommending Arizona Foundation Solutions to all of my clients!
