To properly install piers to support the foundation, the piers need to get drilled into the soil deep enough until it gets stable.

Once the pier got drilled deep enough into the soil, our home heroes need to reinforce the connection between the pier and the foundation. Our Professionals need to make sure the piers are providing the expected support.
Mid Underpinning Installation Process
As shown in this picture, all the piers got installed and reinforced. Having each pier at a very specific distance from each other is crucial for a successful underpinning installation.

After installing the piers, a blue material called Sure Void got installed under the foundation protecting from any heave problem that might threaten the house's foundation in the future.
