Foundation Repair Photo Album: Underpinning in Litchfield Park, AZ

We came out and installed piers around the home to stabilize the foundation before excavating the excess dirt & soil.  The under excavating allows the expansive soil some movement / give without damaging the structure. Though this is not a project type we see too often this was the second job of this nature to be done in this neighborhood. Our Foreperson, Steve Rassmussen and his crew worked on perviously worked on the neighbors home.
