This block ranch home that was built in 1979 had some drywall cracks, sticking doors, wall separation and interior and exterior foundation cracks. These are all common symptoms of an unstable foundation that needs to be repaired before things get worse. The current owners allowed us to complete an an Engineered Analysis, and we were able to create a comprehensive repair plan.
