Settlement Symptoms
A settlement problem can happen anywhere around the house. It just depends on the conditions and location where the house got constructed. As in this photo, one of the concrete slabs started to pop up a little bit so, the Owners conjectured it had to do with the cracks around the pool.
PolyLevel® Injection Foam
After analyzing the settlement problem by one of our heroes, some holes needed to get drilled. The PolyLevel® gets conducted through the black hose shown in the picture and driven all the way to the empty spaces of the ground supporting the concrete slabs around the pool.

After leveling the floor, the cracks need to get fulfilled and repaired. In this case, some non-parallel cuts got made, and some carbon fiber laminates got added to the just-made cuts.

After Adding some carbon fiber laminates onto the cracks, a low viscosity material is added too. The Material is called polyurea and helps to fulfill all the empty spaces of the concrete crack, which will allow our professionals to successfully and effectively seal the crack.

The next step to successfully seal the concrete cracks is to let it dry and then grind it down to get rid of any irregularities and imperfections over the surface.

This is the final look after implementing our Crack Stitching repair system. As you can see, the surface looks smooth, and the concrete crack will no longer extend to any undesired parts, especially in the pool, since it could have become very costly.
