From PolyLevell® to Compaction Grouting
When the ground gets settled, usually, the floor gets unstable, and some space gaps between the wall and the floor start to appear. Generally, Arizona Foundation Solutions use the PolyLevel® Injection Foam, but when the work gets harder, our heroes opt to use some other heavy machinery to do the job as compaction grouting.
PolyLevel® Equipment
This black hose gets used to conduct the PolyLevel® foam material into the floor and make it stable and even.
Compaction Grouting Machinery
As shown in this picture, here is the machine used to drive the grouting material and apply pressure on the ground to fulfill the empty spaces and push up the floor until it gets even.
Side Effects of a Settled Floor
Generally, when there is a problem with a sinking concrete slab, there is always a couple of cracks around the same affected area. This happens when we walk over a floor with an unstable and partially supported soil foundation.
After Concrete Stitching Repair Process
Lucky for this house Arizona Foundation Solutions came to the rescue and precisely knew what to do. The concrete cracks got fixed, and the surface got polished to give that nice and neat look.
