Concrete Lifting and Leveling - Signs of Settlement Problems

This is a great example of a settlement problem. When concrete slabs start to crack is because of the uneven soil underneath. As more people step on it, the more damage the concrete slab will get. Most of the time, the problem is not visible until it is very late since the cause of the problem is underneath the concrete slabs.
