While I was unable to leave a message over the first weekend, after I completed the email request, someone was in touch with me before 8 am on Monday morning

Sales Process
Jack was very upfront with different options. He gave us the name of American Leak Co., to work with us as well.
Our Installation Crew
Jonathan and his crew were fantastic, friendly, and very professional. They were in touch with me daily. They sent me text messages and pix of the issues. He and his crew worked with the plumber to correct the leak as well. The last day I was sick, but Jonathan kept in touch with me. They were great.
The Cleanup Process
The cement, tree roots, etc. were all cleaned up satisfactorily.
