Searched for firm with specific experience in residential foundation problems, including both settlement and heaving. AFS met my criteria.

Every representative at the AFS office that I have interacted with has provided excellent, timely and courteous service.
Sales Process
Ryan Overcash has been our consultant and has remained in the loop from initial contact through construction completed. He has been professional, courteous and helpful. When I had questions, he always followed up to get me the right answer from within his company.
Our Installation Crew
Jacob handled the moisture control system and did the entire job by himself in one day. He was professional, hardworking, and courteous while on site. Robert and his crew installed the (4) piles and they did a great job. They also worked professionally to get the job done. The entire crew was great to have on site. One job remains to be completed (stem wall repair) and that will be done in February.
The Cleanup Process
Cleanup was good. Due to wet soils in the area of the piers, compaction and backfilling were difficult. It was agreed to leave extra soil spread out to dry before the next crew arrives next month.
