Sales Process
When the sales person showed up he said that you really don't repair cracks on patios. Of course I responded with your office knew what I wanted if you don't do these type of repairs why did your office make me wait for over one month for you to just show up and tell me you don't do these type of repairs.Then the sales person changed his approach and made a attemp.
Our Installation Crew
Even though the sales person gave the installer false info that we was going to have a finish over the entire patio to cover up the repairs. Which was false The installer did a great job and it looks good.
