Photo Album: 30 Year old Cabin in Pinetop Foundation repair

Mr. Merrett called our office regarding his 30 year old log cabin that had cracking on the stem wall and north side of cabin.  When Ryan Tracey went to the home he found that it definitely had some signs of stress.  We then sent our engineering team out to determine what the cause of the problem.  When we finished the analysis we found that the home was heaving as well as settling.  We installed push piers to stabilize and lift and a moisture level system to help prevent the soils under the foundation to keep heaving.
