The owners of this single-family home in Pinetop, AZ reached out to us after noticing several signs and symptoms of a potential foundation problem. These signs included floors that were soft and bouncy, interior drywall cracks as well as exterior stair step cracks in the home's blockwork. The Homeower wanted to repair the home's foundation in preperation for a bathroom remodel. This home was underpinned, and Smart Jacks were installed to support the home's crawl space. Once the repairs were complete, the stair step crack even closed!
