Photo Album: Concrete Lifting and Leveling - New River, AZ
The owners of this 2007 Metro Phoenix area ranch home reached out to Arizona foundation solutions after noticing their patio slab was sinking. The area has gotten worse and the homeowners were not only looking for a solution to this problem but also peace of mind.
Concrete sinks for a variety of reasons...but mostly because concrete is very heavy! When the soil underneath a concrete slab, whether it is for a patio or a structural foundation, is unable to support the weight of the concrete slab, the slab will sink.
The polymer injection – we call it PolyLevel - solves soil settlement issues! The polymer begins to harden quickly after doing its raising work. Within about 30 minutes or so, it reaches 90% of its final strength, enabling damaged concrete roads and slabs to be put back into service right away.
