This 1970's wood frame home was showing symptoms of a foundation issue. These symptoms included doors out of square, dry wall cracks & interior slab cracks. An Engineered analysis was completed & heave pattern was discovered. Foundation heave can occur when the soils beneath the home consist of expansive clay soils. For this project, the repair plan included a stem wall repair, crack stitching & the MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System to address the foundation heave issue.
