Photo Album: Camp Verde, AZ Home Suffering from Foundation Issues
This 1979 brick home was displaying symptoms of a foundation issue, including windows sticking, cracks in the exterior walls, drywall cracks and both interior & exterior foundation cracks.
After a complete engineered analysis, it was determined that the home was experiencing settlement in the east, south east, north & northwest areas. In addition to settlement, heave symptoms were observed in the central and southwest portions of the house.
To address the issue, Supportworks 238 Push Piers as well as our proprietary MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System were recommended. The settlement issue will be addressed by the piers and the heave remediation will occur with the installation of the MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System.
Customer Comments:
“We had some major settling issues with our home. Arizona Foundation Solutions repaired the problems. They were very professional. Our crew, lead by Steven Rasmussen did a fantastic job. We had some tight spaces for them to maneuver their equipment around in, and they did a fantastic job. The tile shower in our master bathroom had sunk about a half an inch on the outside wall. When the crew lifted the wall up, they were able to realign the shower tiles. It was amazing.”
