Photo Album: Leveling a Gilbert Livingroom

After discovering the cracks on the east side of the home had been increasing, the homeowners contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions.  During the initial inspection, this 1999 Gilbert home exhibited signs of a foundation issue, including:           - Floors out of level           - Drywall cracks           - Interior tile  To determine the severity of the problem and to compose the best possible repair plan, an Engineered Analysis was ordered. Upon completing an Engineered Analysis, we discovered the overall difference in the floor readings were 2.4 inches. Four push piles were installed along the northeast side to bring that area level to the rest of the home.
