Pressure grouting performed at the Lincoln Towne Centre.
The residence above was experiencing many foundation problems. the house had voids in the dirt casuing the foundation to shift and crack in certain areas. The amount of movement in the house was causing major foundation settlement.
We had to bring in our mubpump and pump in grout to fill the voids under the house.
Fortunately our equipment is small enough that we were able to bring it into the home and fill the voids that were underneath by creating a small hole to grout through then closed it up when were done.
