Alex is an excellent troubleshooter and has over 14 years of customer service experience. He strives to help everyone he interacts with. He does this by making sure he listens to and understands the customers' concerns and makes their priorities his own.
He is certified by the Foundation Supportworks Network in foundation repair. He strives to improve his knowledge and understanding of foundation problems and how to find solutions for them with weekly continuous training.
His daily routine includes meeting with 2-3 homeowners and completing foundation inspections. Helping homeowners accomplish their main goals by fixing the foundation issues at hand is a priority. He has the ability to create formal & reasonable proposals, answering any questions that homeowners may have in detail. He is the initial contact for customer consultation, available for the customer through any and all repairs, and even any time after repairs have long been completed.
What he enjoys most about his job, is the opportunity to help people with their homes and recover lost peace of mind. It’s fulfilling to Alex to make a positive difference in the lives of each homeowner he visits with. He takes pride in knowing he can offer his customers an amazing product while delivering a “WOW” service, all for an affordable price. Redefining the customer experience!
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his 2 sons. He also enjoys engaging in outdoor activities from sports to camping.
