Meet the Team: Melissa Commercial Solutions Advisor

Melissa has a strong Construction Management background. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to residential foundation and waterproofing issues. She is an excellent trouble shooter and has several years of customer service experience. Melissa works directly with the engineers making sure that each foundation is accurately diagnosed and that the repair plan will help resolve the foundation issues. Melissa has been certified by the Foundation Supportworks International Network in foundation repair and design. She has extensive training with engineers, hands on experience in the field and many certifications with weekly continuous training. On a daily basis, Melissa meets with 2-3 homeowners, inspecting foundations and designs repair plans. Helping homeowners accomplish their main goals by fixing the foundation and waterproofing issues at hand. She has the ability to create formal & reasonable proposals and answer detailed questions that homeowners may have. She is in contact the homeowner from the initial consultation, throughout the repair process and follows up after completion of repairs to ensure satisfaction. What she enjoys most about her job, is the opportunity to help people with their homes and recover lost peace of mind. It’s fulfilling to Melissa to make a positive difference in the lives of AZ homeowners.
