This 1990's Gilbert, AZ home had a cracked stem wall that the Homeowners were concerned about. Arizona Foundation Solutions excavated near the deteriorated stem wall and the wall was chipped, down to the good concrete. Old Rebar was replaced with our non-ferrous composite bars. Finally, the wall was reconstructed with a cement patch and the excavated area was backfilled to finish the job!  

This Gilbert home was built in 1994 and the homeowner has lived there for many years. The house began to show signs of stem wall failure. The stem wall was cracked, flaking and you could see the rebar. To fix the issue, our stem wall repair team replaced the rebar with our non-ferrous composite.
