The homeowners in Sun Lakes were facing significant issues with their concrete driveway. Over time, the driveway had settled unevenly, leading to noticeable trip hazards and water pooling during rains. Anthony, the project foreman, led the team in implementing a comprehensive concrete protection system using PolyLevel, NexusPro, and DecoShield. Eli, the design specialist, conducted a thorough evaluation and proposed the following solutions:

PolyLevel Injection:

The team injected PolyLevel foam beneath the sunken driveway slabs. This lightweight, yet powerful foam expanded to lift and stabilize the slabs, creating a level and safe surface. The quick-curing properties of PolyLevel allowed the homeowners to use their driveway almost immediately after the application.

NexusPro Crack Repair:

To address the existing cracks, NexusPro, a durable silicone-based sealant, was applied. This product's flexibility and resistance to harsh weather conditions ensured long-lasting protection. The NexusPro sealant prevented moisture from seeping through the cracks, thereby protecting the underlying soil from further damage.

DecoShield Sealing:

To enhance and protect the newly leveled and repaired concrete driveway, DecoShield was applied. This translucent tinted sealer added a uniform look to the driveway, significantly boosting the home's curb appeal. The DecoShield sealer also provided a protective barrier against stains, chemicals, and moisture, ensuring the concrete would remain in excellent condition for years to come.

The transformation was remarkable. The uneven and cracked driveway was restored to a smooth, level, and visually appealing state. The stem wall at the Chandler home began to flacking and cracking. This was due to the rebar becoming oxidized and weakening the concrete around it. We came in and installed our patented non-ferrous composite.
