Arizona Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This late 1990's home was showing signs of foundation problems. The Homeowner noticed a horizontal crack in the stem wall and called Arizona Foundation Solutions. We came out and replaced the old oxidized with our composite solution.

Chad called us out to his home because his patio was settling and causing it to crack. We were able to add a pier to the column that was settling to prevent further settlement and to stabilize that portion of the foundation. The Mesa home had a cracking stem wall. Our team chipped away the old concrete to remove the existing rebar. They then installed our composite stem wall repair system and patched the stem wall. 

The Homeowner of this beautiful Mesa home wanted to fix the problem to protect her property value and the structural integrity of the home. Our concrete repair crew replaced the existing rebar with our composite system.
