We had AZFS come out to fix our home. I had a different experience than my husband. Chris came out for our first appointment. I could tell he was very good at his job, but I didn’t understand a lot of it like my husband. He took the time to explain what he was saying in 2-3 different ways till I understood. You have no idea how helpful that was, especially considering how much it could cost us. I must have called, text or emailed Chris about 20 times through the whole process. He picked up or responded immediately or within the same day to keep me at ease, even when the installation crew was out, I called to be reminded of what they were doing.
