It was important to the Homeowner that we repair the home as his Granddaughter was moving in. An initial, Level A Foundation Inspection Indicated a Level B Foundation investigation was needed. Patterns of both foundation heave and foundation settlement were observed.

Before Underpinning

Before we can repair the foundation, any concrete in an area where a pier is to be installed will need to have the existing concrete removed.

One the home's foundation has been stabilized with peris, the area is backfilled & the soil packed to prevent sinkholes.
