Concrete Repair - Before the Stem Wall Repair

In this photo of this Glendale concrete stem wall, massive iron rust kept growing until it pushed the concrete material from the inside out. The rust in the rebar caused the exterior of the stem wall to fall apart and damage the foundation of the house, which might lead to bigger and more expensive problems in the future.
