Symptoms of Settlement Problems
When there are space gaps between the baseboard and the walls, that is a clear sign of a settlement problem. Foundation settlement happens when the expansive soil does not get enough exposure to moisture, so it dries up and shrinks.
PolyLevel® Process: Preparing to inject
Right before injecting our foundation, professionals place plastic orange times that help the foam material pistol to inject the material precisely and effectively into the voids of the ground between the soil and the concrete floor.
PolyLevel® Process: Slowly injecting
The foam material takes up to 15 minutes to fully expand and solidify; that is why our foundation heroes need to slowly inject the material to let it expand and firm properly.
PolyLevel® Process: Selecting & Drilling
Before injecting, our foundation heroes need to drill holes in a very specific area of the floor to inject the foam material later in the process. The holes need to get made in the most affected area for the whole system to perform effectively.
