I used AFS when an inspection revealed foundation cracks for one of my clients purchasing a home. We were in a 10 day inspection period and needed answers FAST! Kyle Byrne was amazing! He was able to get a structural engineer out to the property to survey and provide us with a full repair report with-in our 7 day dead line!! My clients could not be happier with the timing and all the information provided. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my clients. 10/10
