Underpinning Process: How much deeper should we go?
This is a common question, but every answer might be a little different based on many factors, such as location, type of soil, weather, and material used to build the house, among others. Even though there might be exceptions, our foundation repair team drills every pier from 7 to 10 feet deep until the strata layer is reached to provide full support and stabilization.
Underpinning Process: Safety First
As shown in this picture, whenever our foundation repair team is working on the project, they make sure to keep everyone out if the area is not safe to avoid any unfortunate event that might occur.
Underpinning Process: Unlevel Floor
When there is a foundation settlement issue, not only does the perimeter start to sink, but also the concrete slabs inside the house.
Underpinning Process: Location
The location is very important that is why the location and how many piers will be needed is something that gets selected after a deep analysis with the help of our professionals and engineers.
